Creating a Halloween Short

Okay, so I've been posting my updates to Facebook and not on here, but when there's not much to talk about with it, why worry?

I'm planning a Halloween short, so I have a strict deadline for it. I have the idea, so now it's just making the stuff! The short has a couple scene changes, which isn't too bad, and only two characters. I wont give away the story, though.

I began sketching out the base of the character

Then building up to the final design

Same process for the second character

And there we have it! Two characters!
